Covid-19 Update: NZ Traffic Light System

Kia ora clients, we hope you are all doing well.  The Government has announced we will be adjusting to the new traffic light system on Thursday 2nd December at 11:59pm.

What does this mean for you, our clients?

As a health service we will continue to welcome all clients regardless of vaccine status to come into our clinics for treatment.  If you are happy to share your vaccine status that will be helpful for our health and safety planning, however, you do not need to disclose your vaccine status to access our premises. If you have any questions or concerns our team are here to help.

What is our mask protocol?

The MOH is now advising that anyone visiting our clinic wear a surgical grade mask, we strongly encourage you to bring your own from home, we will have a limited supply in the clinic however there is a small charge for this.  All physiotherapists and staff within the clinic will be wearing surgical grade masks in line with MOH guidance and clinic policy.
