Riley graduated from the University of Otago in 2019 having developed a strong passion for all things human performance. He has experience treating all manner of musculoskeletal injuries and has now tailored his rehabilitation approach towards runners. He offers a holistic approach with skills and experience in exercise prescription, manual therapy, dry needling, strength and conditioning and programming.
Riley's key areas of interest surround helping runners stay at their best whether it be by rehabilitation, injury prevention, performance development or biomechanics assessments. Riley is currently also working as a running coach and personal trainer at Healthfit Collective where he now offers Physiotherapist services as well.
Riley is an accomplished marathon runner himself, with a current time of 2hrs35mins and a top 10 finish at a national championships race. Whether you are a beginner or an elite runner, Riley is no stranger to what is required to take runners to the next level.
