After qualifying she went on to do rotations within the NHS in inpatient and outpatient departments where she learnt a variety of skills and developed her Physiotherapy knowledge treating both acute and chronic conditions. Her most recent rotation was MSK outpatients and orthopaedics. Sophie is dedicated to making her treatment personalised to the individual and ensures that her approach is client-centred. Sophie uses a variety of techniques including exercise prescription, manual therapy, education and advice and also utilises her sports massage diploma to achieve the client’s desired fitness and health goals.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys exploring the beautiful New Zealand countryside, reformer pilates and enjoying Wellington’s delicious coffee! Sophie moved to Wellington in April after travelling South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand for 8 months.
